Moderation rules

· Every document is reviewed by the Zipper Vibe trust team before any badge appears publicly.
· Documents with an expiry date auto-expire 0 days after that date — badges are withdrawn the same day.
· Allergen declarations must be complete: each dish states the 14 major allergens as Contains, May contain or Free from.
· Nutrition values must be per 100 g / 100 ml and per portion; blank or impossible values are rejected.
· Health claims (cures, heals, medically approved, detox) are not permitted in dish descriptions.
· Hygiene grades are copied from the official inspection report only — self-declared grades are rejected.
· Any allergen edit sends the dish back to review; the previous approved version stays live until cleared.
· Three rejected submissions in 90 days suspends food listings until a trust review call is completed.
